LAVENDER BAY BOATSHED
Located at the bottom of a tree-lined hill, the Lavender Bay Boatshed is a heritage-listed building on the edge of Sydney Harbour. Built in the 19th century, it is one of the last timber structures from this era in this part of Sydney.
Over the decades, it has housed numerous occupants, including traditional boat builders. Lovingly restored in 2008, the Lavender Bay Boatshed is now home to a number of commercial and residential tenants. In an unmatched location, it boasts incredible views of Sydney Harbour and its iconic landmarks, including the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Luna Park.
